Recently bought the tony moly shiny foot peeling liquid online~ at www.gmarket.com.sg

This product was sold at around S$8.90 (inclusive shipping fee from korea).

Inside the box: 2 packets of the peeling liquid (for left and right foot) and one pair "foot gloves"~

To use this product:

1. wear the "foot gloves"

2. then pour the liquid into the foot gloves

3. soak for 1-1.5 hour

4. rinse off with clean water

My feet before using this product (with dead skin on feet):

On Day-1 and Day-2 after using this product, there is no changes/peeling of skin on my feet.

But on Day-3:

在从New Zealand回来的路上,和二姐一起看了一部很好看的泰国电影-《初恋这件小事》。是部搞笑又让人感动落泪的爱情电影~

据二姐说，这是部很红的电影~

这电影讲述一个中学女生（小水）暗恋一个男生三年，为了他做很多傻傻的事，默默看着他，希望对方看到自己，重视自己。。。。女生把心事埋藏了三年，并为他努力改变，到最后表白时却被伤了心。。

故事中，意想不到的是其实这男生一开始就已被那不起眼的女生吸引，喜欢那女生，留意着她。。只是命运做弄，总是彼此擦肩而过。。

男生其实跟女生一样那么喜欢对方！感动呢~~！！

这电影能够引起共鸣，大概就是因为几乎所有人在中学时期都有过暗恋的对象，有过同样的心情吧~ ^_^

电影里的总是开心的结局，而在真实生活里，错过就是错过了，机会再出现的可能性太低了！

好喜欢好喜欢这部戏~ 太好看了!! 感动!! 男女主角好相衬! 这主题曲<那个男人>由玄彬唱的也很好听~ 上面放了两支同首歌<那个男人>,但不同的Video~

故事讲诉一个男生(玄彬)莫名喜欢上女主角(何智苑)(算是一见钟情吧),女生总是出现在自己脑海里(女生在他旁边陪他散步和看书,其实都是他脑里不自觉出现的幻影,哈哈!).. 想念女生,所以他便时常出现在女生面前,希望她也会喜欢上他..做了许多小动做...是个幼稚,但却很深情的人..

男主角原本是个以自己为主,自私的人..为了女主角,他慢慢改变..因为越来越爱那女生..

当然,故事也不是那么简单..当中他们还交换了灵魂,很好笑..而到故事的后面也揭晓了他们缘分的开始的秘密...很感人的秘密..

这戏里,男女主角都很会演,看了很真实..难怪他们会那么红!因为看了这戏真的会爱上他们哦!有时间的话,还真想再看一遍~

灵魂重量-35克?

在网上看到了篇有关灵魂的文章，转发~

一九九六年秋天，這群靈魂學權威測試了一百位死者的體重變化，得到以下的結論：

然而並非靈魂就會被身體綁著了。靈魂在人類的胚胎期，一直到幼兒，都時常離開身體。因為對自由的靈魂來說，要適應身體的生活並不是容易的事情。因此他每天需要離開身體一陣子，回到自由自在的精神世界，補充能量。因此有了睡眠。

睡眠是靈魂離開身體的時間。並非完全的離開身體，你應該聽過有種叫做銀帶的東西，將靈魂和身體做了連結，無論靈魂在睡眠時離開多遠，他都能立刻透過銀帶立刻回到身體之中。也因此有些人睡夢中驚醒時，會有忽然下墜的感覺，並且被驚醒。據說那就是靈魂瞬間順著銀帶掉回到身體的原因。

因此每天每天，靈魂都離開身體去逍遙一段時間，以補充精神能量。人的靈魂在胚胎期幾乎是不呆在身體之中的(就是不與身體同在)，大部分時間都在睡眠。到了出生以後，才漸漸的習慣物質世界的生活。剛出生的幼兒幾乎整天都在睡，那就是說，他的靈魂整天都在外面逍遙。

長大以後，靈魂漸漸的習慣和身體同在的感覺，也就睡的少了。人越長大，靈魂就越習慣物質世界的生活，也就越願意呆在物質世界久一點。但是長的再大，人終其一生都還是需要睡眠來讓靈魂每天都自由一下。

到了老年，當靈魂瞭解和身體同在的意義和樂趣之後，睡的時間就少了，那意味著他待在人間的日子就變多了。直到身體逐漸老化，損壞，靈魂漸漸的感到在人間的痛苦增加，因此也就常常藉著睡眠逃回精神界，此時老年人的睡眠又會增加。有時，當你很累時，靈魂甚至就不管身體跑了，有時就直接坐著或站著睡著了。

<當身體已經不堪使用，靈魂就會覺得在呆在人世間已經不符合他的目的了。因為靈魂來到這世界上本來是想要體會物質生活的樂趣的，如果在人世間只剩下苦痛，靈魂讓身體死亡，讓自己離開的意願就會大增。

因此當靈魂要走時，就開始關閉身體的維生系統，離開的程序便會開始啟動。當靈魂想走時，誰也不能阻止它。但是人的意識有時會不願意走(人體由靈魂，心智，和身體組成。有人會說那是超意識，潛意識，和意識)，如果一個人的意識不願意走，因為畢竟人的意識會覺得那是他本身的終結。此外身體也不願意結束生命，因為身體也覺得那是它的終結。

那死亡的過程就會拖的久一點，因為靈魂會說：「好吧，那就再你們呆久一點。」不過這時候很明顯的，人會常常睡覺，因為靈魂已經受不了這物質世界的一切了。等到最後，靈魂受不了終於決定要走時，無論意識和身體如何不想終結生命，也阻止不了它。因為靈魂知道那並不是真的終結掉生命，他不願意為了一個軀殼而留著痛苦，他有更大的願望，更多的進化等著去實現。

最後，靈魂離開了，帶著意識和身體離開了。人的意識會發現他仍然活著，仍然可以看，可以聽，也可以感覺，甚至比生前的感覺更敏銳，思考也更清晰。身體也會發現它仍然存在，不再是那笨重醜陋的軀體，而是散發著光芒的光體，更輕盈，而且沒有痛苦。直到死亡，人才會發現生命不曾終結，只是變變樣子罷了，生活仍然繼續，只是在一個更輕盈更自由的精神世界，那個純能量的世界。那是我們來自的地方，一個美麗的地方。

Gong Xi Fa Chai 2011: Rabbit Year =^.^=

今年的新年过得非常充实。。。
从29日开始放假。。但却比工作日还忙。。。

1月29日- 中午就去公司帮同事化妆，然后下午到晚上参加Singapore Brands Award 2011 @ Resort World Sentosa的Dinner加颁奖礼。回到家已过凌晨12点钟。。。

1月30日- 三位新加坡同事来Johor玩。和他们一起吃好吃的，sing karaoke, photo hunt, shopping, 玩麻将到凌晨四点O_O 累。。但跟他们玩得很开心！跟他们在一起很自在。。聊天中发现我们有连续14天看到彼此了，呆在一起的时间真的好长！连放假了都还一直见面咧！

1月31日- 带同事去吃KFC，然后再载他们去新山搭巴士回去新加坡。。哈哈，他们都超爱这里的KFC，说M'sia的KFC好吃太多了！下午从外面回到家后，我就开始大扫除我的房间，做家务x_x

2月1日- 还没睡饱，就起身做黄梨酥@_@ 妈妈之前就准备好了黄梨馅料，那天一大早就叫我起身做饼。。>_< 做到下午四点就跟妈妈和小俊出门买菜~去了皇后的巴刹又去古来的年货夜市。。

2月2日- 早上和bff慧嫔吃早餐，聊天，逛IOI mall~ 下午吃在家吃丰盛的火锅团圆饭^@^

2月3日- 跟爸妈拜年后，中午就去住在Taman Sri Putri的大姨家拜年坐坐。。傍晚就去新加坡的Sentosa看花展。晚上就到二姑家，大伯家还有小叔家拜年。。。回到家也是凌晨了。。。

2月4日- 中午就去meet up我的18年bff美群。每年都少不了和她见面。之后我们就一起去meet其他超级老友。大家从中午聊到晚上。。哈哈，挺夸张的。。 XP

2 月5日- 早上到秋桦家拜年，然后去古文茶喝茶，再带雪慧及其他朋友到我家拜年。。然后去雪慧，yen fang家, jing yi 家，hui hsien家，最后到ah bong家聚餐，唱K~ 唱得很尽兴！每年难得见到他们一次，很珍惜跟他们在一起的时间。。跟他们在一起，好像回到了中学还有中六的时候。。开心又复杂的心情。。x_x 当天回到家心情反而Emo了起来。。太开心过后，很多时候会带来的是一阵空虚。

2月6日- 中午和二姐带着从KL来我们家做客的二姨，舅舅，舅母和侄女到KSL逛逛，吃东西~ 傍晚就和所有在新山的亲戚一起到外吃团圆饭~！

2月7日- 带亲戚去吃早餐，之后带他们去Terau Jusco走走，买东西~ 回到家，亲戚们休息了一会儿及收拾好东西后，便出发回去KL了。。。而傍晚，我们一家人就去皇后吃一餐+捞鱼生~

好不想面对明天要开工的事实。。。但~~开工还是要打起精神工作才行！！！ ^_^

星期四会有Company trip去Bangkok，去五天。。行李都还没收。。等到Last minute才收吧~哈哈~

缘分

这几天我在想。。人与人的缘分真的很奇妙。。

有些人，会让我觉得很熟悉。。

不常聊天，但就是会觉得了解/信任对方。。

有些人，常见面，却还是会怀疑彼此。。永远做不了知心好友。。

命运是已安排了的吗？还是一切只是巧合？

以前我中学刚转校时，我是挺排斥的。。突然离开一大群很要好的朋友，孤独一人。。很伤心。。

但，渐渐的，我却觉得，我好像就是该来到这里的。。遇到另外一群的好朋友。。甚至好老师。。

很珍惜一切人，事，还有回忆。。。回想起一切，还是很幸福。。。

如果我没转校，许多人就不会出现在我的生命里。。呜。。根本无法及不想去想象！哈哈。。

到现在，工作了。。虽然在新加坡，但我跟同事都觉得我们彼此有着些共同点。。很聊得来，很有缘。。

我相信前世今生。。我想，我遇到的朋友或许在我过去就已经认识过了。。

否则。。为何有些人对我来说就是会那么熟悉？

有些人真的让我感觉如此接近。。不管多久再遇见还是熟悉。。

而我，是否也会让你觉得那么的熟悉呢？

Few days ago, my colleague told me that her friend's skin became so good after using a product called "Dermedex Biotox Refining Cream & Cleanser". Her friend's skin was once sensitive, with acne problems, red rashes...now had become flawless, with radiant inside out!

I had heard about another example of its miracle effect in evening out the skin texture & acne scars from my best friend (Rius) few months before too..

I was so tempted to buy and try out this product!! :p

But, after reading many reviews about this product, my desire to try it fade away... :(
Not everyone that had tried this product get the same good results...
Many of them are suffering its very bad side effects!! One of them spend thousands of $ (7000+) to get back her normal skin....

What is Dexamethasone Acetate?
It is a kind of steroid.
(Erm..it contained steroids, which might be why it works so quickly..but it might exert harmful long term side effects..Beautician is not supposed to prescribe steroid...it should be used under the advise of doctor..)

Use:-
- As an anti-inflammatory medication. Dexamethasone relieves inflammation in various parts of the body.
- To treat or prevent allergic reactions.

Latest info about this product:
From the reviews, the old batch of this products was recalled in singapore. Now, in singapore, all of them are of new batch, without listing the banned ingredient. However, in Malaysia, there are still some old batch products, and rumors said they might repackage the old batch with new packaging =_="

I have tried their Biotox Cleanser.Great for the first 3 weeks,then all hells break loose!
My flawless skin then wave me goodbye with endless peeling due to overly-sensitise skin and major dehydration.My skin becomes so red that I can feel stinging sensation at the far end of my dermis .I'm off total wreak,I swear . The peeling gt so worse to the extent that everyday my skin will start peeling on its own.

I used dermedex before and my acne prone skin improved a lot. Somehow I get to know that they actually contain steroid and that really freraking me out. I stopped using it and guess what, my acne pop out like mushroom growing after rain. My face got sensitive after that. Went to Nardia, they did the thing for me, slightly improvement; not satisfied, bought shiseido. Still very little improvement, I still have acne all the time although my face condition is actually under controlled. For better result and to treat my sensitive skin, I've switched to Neostrata. Been using it for less than a week, with the hope that I've found the right skin care for me

I have been using the old version of the refining cream and it was good. But after they changed to the new version, after using it, my face became dry and scaly with small red bumps. I quickly stopped and went to see a doctor, luckily after applying medicine it got better. But now my skin became super sensitive.

yes, i got the same problem. I use the refining cream for 2yrs. Once i know bout the recall, i stop using the products. End up my skin is super dry and sensitive. My both cheeks affected the most ~ RED, RASHES AND BLOATED . Cried when i see my face in front of the mirror. I went to see dermatologist and gave me cream to apply. It is 4mths already and can see my face is getting better but not fully recover

No point checking the batch number. Cos they changed the packaging and texture of the cream just to disguise their crime. But they still put the steriod in the cream.

Also the even educate the beauticians to tell us that the steriod that they put in the cream is indeed ban in Singapore but however not banned in Malaysia.

So u guys, pls be a bit smart. Dun get easily con by Dermedex cos your health is at risk.

I was so dissapointed that eventhought in Singapore’s government website, the product is stated recall in year 2009. Recently, i went for my facial and the beautician recommended me this product. I bought the cleanser only to found out that it was a recall product. What a waste of money and also dissapoinment in load.

*There are also some people who do not experience any side effects even after stop using it....and still supporting this product... But, careful consideration is needed before using it for long term, better be safe than sorry :)

Just A Simple Update

Quite some time that I didn't post anything on my blog~

Been busy adapting myself in the new working environment, haha.. My current company is a consultancy company...

Being exposed to new things in the past few months.. I had visited to a few bakery factory, warehouse, central kitchen... help to do hygiene inspection and also conducted some basic food hygiene course.. At the beginning, I'm really very blur, don't know what I need to do.. But now is much better ^_^

I had visited to Vietnam twice in the past few months... I followed my boss to Vietnam to assist him in one of our consultancy project there. My job in this project is more to supplier assessment..something new for me...

Frankly speaking, I don't really like the place..and my experience there was not so good, I'm not used to follow those big bosses.. they keep talking about business, and I'm not able to contribute any idea due to my shallow knowledge in business...sad.. But still, I listened carefully every single things they mentioned and try to learn...

My feeling was complicated during my visits to Vietnam.. I don't enjoy going there alone with the big bosses, it is so lonely... but, I understand that it is a precious chance for me to learn... 1st time in my life that I get to see so many millionaire and successful business people from both Singapore and Vietnam, and get to talk and learn from them..

By the end of the trip... my conclusion is $ is not everything.. When you become the richest person, problems might come... (It is what I observed from the richest Vietnam business woman, who get a net profit of 100 million US dollar per day.. she have so many workers, lands, properties, money and can talk directly to prime minister of Vietnam.. but she always suspicious with the people who get near to her...)

Simple life = happiness :)

I thought I'll need to talk in English in my new company, but all of us talk in mandarin, including singaporean, haha~ They are nice people...I don't feel scared in my new working environment because of them :)

Heart attack

This morning when i go to withdraw $, found that my bank account suddenly got much extra MONEY from unknown source, really get heart attack

After go back home, i immediately go check my "maybank to you" account records. And found that the amount is same with my salary last time =_= omg..my ex-company had wrongly bank in salary to me! Such thing also can happen on me.. =_=

I am really so honest.. I called my supervisor to inform her about this thing.. she said will help me to check out..
(It is not one or two hundred money ler.. and i still can be so honest and willing to return it back....really some sort of 佩服myself,haha..)

Of course, I also dunwan that after I had spent all those $, then they suddenly inform me and ask me to return back those $.. That time I really dunno where to dig out those $ to return them liao! =_=

我的毕业典礼终于结束了~*开心开心*

我又即将面对人生新的挑战！

今天拿到了新加坡的Employment Pass（弄了两个星期，终于弄好了）。
也还好这EP弄得比较慢，让我有时间真正的享受下假期，让脑袋完全的休息和恢复平静。

休息到我觉得我的脑反应开始变迟钝了。。哈哈~

之前挣扎着是否换工，让我的脑袋烦得快爆炸。。很少会那么忧郁和挣扎，那段时间一直很emo，心情陷入谷底。。到选择放下那份工后，整个人又活了起来^_^

下个星期一就正式在新的环境上班。

其实心里是很害怕的，毕竟是个全新的环境，我不熟悉的工作环境和范围。
这次可能不会像上次一样那么幸运遇到很好又聊得来的同事了。。怕怕。。
但始终还是要在表面上表现得很坚强才行。。哈哈。。为我自己加油！！

智慧禅

从上个星期日开始，我断断续续地去修了几天的智慧禅。。很感谢慧嫔介绍我这禅修。
讲真，在还没去这禅修前，我以为这禅修就是坐着放空脑袋一整天。。
可是原来这智慧禅并不是这样，它是用很简单的步骤让我们去行禅，坐禅，并观察身体和心理的一切变化。。
我觉得我的进度挺慢的，一开始真是很懒散又想放弃。。想回家休息啦，或做其他事情。。
但还好每次师傅（师傅是个女出家人）都很鼓励我，我才有机会在一次又一次不想去学了的心态下，断断续续学了五天。。接下来一有时间，我也一定要逼自己去。。

之前其实我内心有蛮多疑惑的。。有时对一些事物，我真的已经分不太明到底是对是错了。。当大家都在做着同样的事情时，自己原本想坚持，但往往都会开始动摇，然后很怀疑自己，然后内心就会有很痛苦的情绪。。最后觉得随波逐流就好。。但结果又觉得那不是自己要的，又重复在痛苦的情绪中。。（不懂大家是否和我一样面对过这样的心情呢？）

每次我去禅修，师傅都会跟我讲解很多的佛法，有些是佛的经典里记载的故事。
我是有很多疑问的人，所以我都问了师傅很多问题。
师傅的智慧很高很高，是心的智慧。。像心理学家。。她能看透一切事物的变化及起因。。及根治问题的方法。。
我问的所有问题，她都给了我很明确的答案。。让我把心里好多的疑惑解除。
她教导了我什么是正念，正念和邪念又如何影响一个人心理的发展和一生人的发展。虽然师傅是个出家人，但她却能看把社会，家庭，孩子和人生看得非常透彻，还能解释得很详细让我明白。。

这几天的修禅进展虽然还不大，因为我都断断续续地学x_x
但从师傅口中学来的人生哲学对我往后的人生和目标还真的很有帮助。。

这是一样很好的东西，所以我也很想跟大家分享分享。。大家如果有兴趣听听师傅讲法，或接触智慧禅修，或想要做些布施都好，都可以去看看这靠近古来巴士站（从巴士站那里直直进去）的寂缘禅修院哦^_^

人总会有许多烦恼。。让人痛苦。。但又不晓得用什么方法解决。。。尤其是在现今压力大的社会，很容易觉得很迷失x_x （我自己不久前就是其中一名差不多迷失的：P)
智慧禅就像学习心的智慧禅修。。学习如何去看清及解决心里产生的烦恼的因素。
我也只是个初学者而已。。只学到了一点点皮毛，但却看到了它的许多好处。。
我相信这就是为何慧嫔会在学了几天后，就积极介绍我去试试看的原因吧~^_^

复杂+烦恼

前几天经历了我人生的超级低潮。。
向来都还算幸运，也算蛮乐观的我（通常把事情往比较好的方面想啦。。），前几天真是悲观到极限。。

悲观的起因是路痴的我，前几天在找路的时候把我妈的persona大力的撞去路边的石礅。。
妈妈新新的persona就这样被我破纪录弄伤了。。心里真的很惭愧。。
或许在别人看来就只是小问题。。
可是对一个还在试应新工作及还在反复烦恼新工作是否合适的我。。
简直是雪上加霜。。

目前我在这份新工作中面对的困难和心理障碍还蛮多的。。
工作头几天我一直迷路+走错路。。
走过的路我记不起来，结果一直浪费时间和精力去找那些clinics。。
找到我真是火大加气馁。。
虽然有GPS,可是有些地方还是会找不到，不然就是绕远路！>_< 这真是上帝给我的极大考验啊~~
（谢谢阿俊还用心地画了容易认的地图给我。。让我去认大路标。。>_<)

有时当你心情低落，觉得自己面对很大问题时。。
说出来，其实大家都在面对同样问题。。不只是你一个人而已。。

我把我对新工作的看法与其他好友分享时，没想到在找工的，或是在工作着的大家都面对着/面对过同样问题，哈哈。。真是神奇呢。。
好友们都很真诚的跟我分享他们感受和想法，以及过来人的建议：）

我在johor其实还有一个工作搭档，我之前以为他可能是住batu pahat或segamat等地方。。
没想到他竟然住皇后，还跟我以前是同间中学(SMKTTA)，同年级的=_=" 只是之前都不认识。。
世界真是小呢。。
这同事人不错，很肯帮助我，告诉我省allowance的方法，告诉我去哪里可以拿到大的订单及哪个pharmacy的人好，可以打好关系。。
虽然他做这行才四个月，但他之前有两年做bank的工作经验，所以做这工对他来说没太大困难。。
对我而言就真是不简单任务。。

这几天的心情高高低低。。要精神分裂了。。
有时很低落，想马上放弃现在的工作。。
但有时想到这工作其实也可以让我有机会学蛮多东西，而这些技能若我学会了，以后做其它工作也不难，顿时又觉得这工作可以给它多点时间和机会。。这工作能让我去磨练沟通技巧，跟顾客的人际关系。。这些很重要。。
而这工作的时间其实是很flexible的，如果动作快，而且去的地方近的话，十点多开工，四点不到就收工回到家了,哈哈XP
当顾客相信及跟你买东西时，心中是很喜悦的。。
（最这样，我每天都反复地思考和烦恼着x_x)

这工作有时像玩rpg game,有时医生会给你一些task需要你帮忙。。
你必须记得每个医生给的task,完成他们。帮助了他们，他们会很感激的；）

目前遇到的医生都还不错，都很谦虚。。可能clinics的医生都还不错吧。。只有一两个我觉得比较恐怖的。。

前几天帮了个医生，她很开心。。
而前天遇到个医生很肯教我还祝我工作顺利。。很supportive :D
而今天有个医生还教我该去哪个clinic及什么时间找她的大老板，游说他买我的药XD 她还教我该去跟哪间pharmacy。。

这些医生让我觉得很欣慰。。昨天原本心情很低落，但今天心情又变得很好了：D
心情变化好大。。 x_x

第一份工作

所有的事情都发生得很快！
我都还来不及消化。。
从毕业到去langkawi。。malacca。。taiwan。。到开工。。
才不到一个月的时间。。

原本是6月15日才开工的，不过因为training被提前了去6月1日，我就变成6月1日正式开工x_x
5月31日才从台湾回来johor，当天晚上我又上去KL training了，那晚上真是累垮了。。
其实去training前的心情是蛮紧张的，对公司，对同事，对工作，对公司的产品。。所有东西都一窍不通。。
还懵懵懂懂，所有的事情就不断在进行着。。一眨眼，我就完成了四天的training。。然后又回到了johor~

我的第一份工。。medical sales representative。。（连名片都有了，真是快）
一份我觉得我不可能拿到的工作。。
在五月头去应征时，我去到那公司完全是抱着必定失败的心情。
我个人是觉得我的个性，外表，和说话方式完全都很不像会去做/能做sales的人啦x_x
如果我是老板，讲真，是不会请像我酱的人做sales咯。。Xp

这份工是我去应征的第二个公司。。他们在应征当天就录取我，我也答应了。。所以之后其他公司打来通知我去应征，我都拒绝了。。（也不懂其他公司会不会更好咧？？)
而我去应征的第一个公司，则在我拿到这份工的隔两天通知录取我。。(有点后悔我当时直接拒绝，忘了问他们会给我多少薪水..sob sob..)

其实我最想要去新加坡找工作，因为爸爸和大姐每天都驾车来回新加坡工作啊。。
而且只要赚新币两千，换过来就有rm4600了耶$_$
可是在jobstreet发现新加坡很少需要请nutritionist
（那时只找到一个新加坡公司要请nutritionist，而且还是只请有经验的，并且必须是PR/singaporean。。我一去申请，很快就被他们reject了=_=）

当我去现任公司应征时，他们offer给我的薪水，福利和incentive都还ok（对一个完全没经验的我，要求也不能太高啦:p）..我就接受他们的offer了。。当然最重要的一点是他们让我回去hometown工作哦！（基本上只要每天能回家，薪水低我都会答应^_^）
之前在KL读书，我会很想念我的家，每两三个星期就要hometown。。
那搭长途巴士的生活很累人，不过一回到家就觉得很温馨。。
所以现在找工我都尽量找靠近家里的^_^

只要住家里，工作再不开心，再多压力，也会觉得有依靠。。
回到家，有最支持你，最了解你的家人让你诉苦，不开心的事也不会想太多。。
其实做sales这份工，每个月要达到所设定的目标，可想而知是会很压力的。。
不过我很想尝试这样的工作，拿经验。。毕竟它跟每天坐在office里是很不一样的：）

妈妈也怕我会做不惯，其实她很保护我，叫我试做看，如果不适合就换吧。。
我会给自己点时间去尝试。。当然我也不想一下就放弃，会尽全力去尝试的。。
在training那几天，跟其它三个新人蛮好聊的。。（大家都是糊里糊涂进入公司。。）
而到目前，其他同事和上司给我的感觉都很不错，蛮好人。。
（老实说，在这公司的感觉比我之前在LI的大公司的感觉好很多，同事都比较真，也不会有架子。。）
以为training会很恐怖，但其实他们都很体协我们将面对的困难（像是完全被医生拒绝啦，等等）。。因为他们虽然是上司，但都是过来人，从sales做起。。

这公司Glenmark Malaysia，是Malaysia的分行，在2005年才成立。。
以前公司的产品在都是让其他人代理销售。现在为了让公司发展更快，所以在malaysia成立了分行，直接销售 :)

从星期一开始我就正式工作了，我的supervisor会在星期二下来johor guide我一个星期：）
新的工作生涯将开始。。生活会变得很忙很忙了。。

海派甜心

哈哈，昨天用了一天的时间把《海派甜心》追看完，好看~^_^ 小猪和rainie在这部戏里的演技都很好~小猪在这部戏里的演技真的比起他演的其他戏好很多很多:p 我个人还蛮喜欢rainie的，觉得她在《不良笑花》中很可爱很搞笑，看了那戏真的会很开心^_^ 这次在《海派甜心》中她演的并不是个甜心，而是个性格很直率很真的女生^_^ 这部戏的前面部分很搞笑，到后面就很感人。。我的大姐跟我一样看到哭得眼睛肿肿:p

上面这video是我大姐发现的，很厉害，用maple story做成这戏里的歌--《爱不单行》的mv,蛮用心。。

明天我就要搭上飞机去台湾，会去九天，哈哈~平时都是在电视中的综艺节目，美食节目，旅游节目，和偶像剧看台湾，明天终于可以真正到那里看看了。。买东西吃东西。。买东西吃东西~

我这个人对发生过的事的记性很强（连幼稚园的事我都记得,哈哈~)，可是对到过的地点和建筑的记忆很弱。。以前去过bangkok,上海和香港，但其实我对我所参观过的地点的记忆已很模糊了x_x 大姐说我是浪费旅行的人，去过的地方也会不记得x_x 不懂这点是否跟我的路痴特点息息相关呢？O_o 看来去到台湾后，我有必要用纸和笔记录下我每去过的所有地方，酱就不会忘记，浪费$去台湾了

人生篮球赛

哈哈，我觉得你的形容很贴切哦。。用篮球队来解释我不明白的事情。。
有人当前锋，控球后卫，队长，当然也有人当球队老板。。

我是前锋，而你是一个很好的队长。。我现在的个性让我只适合当个前锋，而不是队长。。
我不能发掘别人的强项并把团队能力提高，而你能。。
你不是个爱独自做完所有事情的人，而我是。。
当一个队长有足够能力时，他可以操控，带领，并组织自己的球队，所以老板会畏惧他。。
这也就是以后在一个公司的情况。。

有很多时候我自己都不了解我自己的性格。。对我自己来说，我的性格简单中又很复杂，
所以，老实说我自己其实都不太了解我自己，很悲哀。

很多时后，我不明白为什么会这样，会那样，因为我有盲点，看不到一些东西。。
但是我很佩服你都能很客观的去分析。。让我了解我自己的个性。。哈哈。。
你比我自己更了解我自己，真的，哈哈。。:D
每次我还要问你我到底是怎样的人。。

虽然你说你其实很软弱，但你给人的感觉就是个队长。。而且是我最最最欣赏的领袖。。
我一直观察，想学习你，但就是办不到。。哈哈！

Best Speaker?

I won the prize that I never expected that I can win it in my Life-- Best Speaker (1st prize of Oral Presentation). To me, it's so unreal! =_="

I appreciate much to have this supervisor Miss Wong. There is no one teach me the actual way to make a good presentation before, she is the 1st one.

Before competition, I presented once in front of her. Then, she used my power slides and presented again in front of me, to guide me how to present well. (Only two words can describe this: really用心！） I think no lecturer will be so willing to waste her time to help u think how to improve and recontruct every of ur sentences...

Through her presentation, I really learned what differentiate between a good and bad presentation..and how to improve it...
(p/s: She won the same Best speaker award during her school time..)

On the day of competiton, after I presented and went back home, she messaged me: "YL, regardless of d outcome, we think u did a great presentation. So congrats!" So nice of her..

I respect her much and appreciate her kindness.. ^_^

Matta Fair

这还是我第一次去Matta Fair咧~一去就连续去两天，哈哈~

看到许多旅游配套都挺便宜的。。其中最吸引人的就是那rm8 per person的A Famosa Condo。。从照片看来那condo挺不错的。。但不懂真正是怎样的啦~ 今天已经跟朋友定下这rm8的住宿了，哈哈！上次一直很想去A Famosa cowboy town，但都没去成，这次一定要去~

其它很吸引我的包括:
-4 days 3 nights Phuket trip: inclusive MAS air ticket and hotel with SPA+with breakfast => RM 785
觉得好便宜。。很想去。。可是要得当场决定及付完所有钱。。最后没买。。

-Langkawi的hotel package也很便宜。。3 days 2 nights: 四个人一间房(langkasuka resort)，再加上两天的出租车才rm418 去langkawi附近的pulau payar snorkeling有buy1free1配套，rm160^_^

-台湾，香港和韩国的旅游配套的价钱也都蛮ok。。等以后开始做工了，再去Matta Fair看这些国外配套，哈哈！

这个5月22日-31日已经决定去台湾了！不过都不是在Matta Fair买的配套。。而是我大姐策划的自由团。。想去台湾很久了~ 哈哈哈，去那里很想买多多东西~ 这次去台湾应该会花掉我很多的$$。。买的机票不是promotion price, 再加上会跟姐姐和表姐去小巨蛋看SHE演唱会噢！很期待看SHE的演唱会哦，哈哈！^_^

这次去Matta Fair还有小插曲。。

昨晚去Matta Fair有个台湾婚纱booth。。那里的一个台湾女生看到我朋友拿着Matta Fair的袋子就很兴奋说她很喜欢那袋子，很想要！可是她们不被允许买票入门，所以也不能得到那袋子。。我就跟她说我隔天还会再来，拿到的袋子可以给她。。我没有想到她反应竟然非常大地说：“你人心地真的很好！下次你要摄影，我可以给你最低的价钱！有机会你去台湾，我带你去吃好吃的食物！” （原来她是designer) 我跟她说我五月会去台北，她热情到肯Offer我借住她家（不过太多人挤不下她家咯。。）, 还叫我去到台北一定要记得联络她，她会介绍我好吃的：）

隔天我跟朋友再去Matta Fair, 回的时候就拿袋子给她，我们用了的门票没烂，所以也给她们。她和她的同事很开心，眼神也真的是很感激那种。。别人开心我也觉得很开心。。^_^

其实很多时候我去帮别人，真的没有想要回报，如果要求不过分，我能做得到，基本上我都会帮。。我想我真的很乐于助人咯。。连看到路人在地上坐着像不舒服，就算他像疯子，我都会想上前帮助他。。有很多aunty问过我路，就算我不清楚，也真的都去帮她们弄清楚=_=" 看到就算可能是骗子（尤其是老人），我都还是会很想捐钱。。。

我被路人(多数阿麽，aunty或uncle)问东西或寻求帮助的几率非常高（多到我都数不清。。），有时我都怀疑我的脸是不是很善良。。明明有那么多人在附近，这些路人就是可以从很远走过来问我=_="

其实多帮助别人也没什么不好，我时常觉得上天总是给我很多最好的，一直保护着我。。身边也一直有家人，知己们和男朋友保护着我。。。我一直觉得很感激，所以也觉得我该分给有需要的人。。哈哈，就像我朋友常说的: Give and take吧^_^

Few days of REST

Finally i can have at least 1 or 2 days rest..

I had been racing with time on the past few weeks to finish my works..My never ending workloads~

There were a lot of things happened this week..things that surprised me much.. On Monday, I went to a meeting with The Malaysian Cohort team at HUKM with my professor Dr Poh (she is also co-supervisor of my thesis) to discuss whether to use or not the physical activity questionnaire developed by me in their project. The Malaysian Cohort is actually a very big project which involve 100,000 Malaysian adults.. So, to my very surprise, after listened to my explaination of the outcome of my project, the president of The Malaysian Cohort accepted my questionnaire! He even wanted to copy right it and make it a questionnaire under their project..a big WOW! Besides, he also immediately gave direction to his assistants to start using it on their subjects..(that means there will be 10k, 20k, 30k or more participants in their projects be using this questionnaire from now on and also the following years...) @_@ I really never thought of they'll accept it..

On Tuesday night, I received an email from my supervisor (Miss Wong) that told me that the abstract of my thesis had been accepted by the International Conference of Obesity (ICO 2010) to participate in their poster presentation. The venue of this conference will be at Stockholm, Sweden. My project can be presented in oversea wor, hahaha~ As this congress will be in July, my supervisor will be the presenter there for my project ^_^ Haha, I hope i can go sweden also ler..but i think need to pay myself if i want go and join..

On wednesday, I had my project results presentation at school in Malay. My co-supervisor (Dr Poh) selected me to present again on Friday in English to other lecturers, and there will be 2 students being chosen to compete with students from UPM in Oral Presentation during NSM Conference (NSM= Nutrition Society of Malaysia). Even though Dr Poh is not my direct supervisor, she still selected me, I really feel that she trusted me.. I dun feel that stress in doing my thesis compared with representing my both supervisors (Miss Wong and Dr Poh) to present my work in front other lecturers.. If i really present very badly due to my lousy english speaking, I really will make both of them "lose face" and disappointed =_="

I don't like presentation at all.. I don't like to present or perform in front of others, I don't like to be the centre of attention during a presentation.. It make me feel extreme nervous....a feeling that can make me nearly faint on the spot.. On Friday, both of my supervisors didn't come to see my presentation or vote for me to present in NSM confernce.. (Even though they didn't come, but don't know why, I feel that they always trusted me..) At the end of the presentation, I was being selected.. I feel glad that i didn't dissappoint my supervisors..but also feel panic to present again in NSM conference on 25 March and compete with others there..

生活

最近的生活就是天天屁股粘在椅子上一整天。。
很恐怖，除了吃饭，冲凉，上厕所，其余的时间我都完全对着电脑做功课。。
Super inactive lifestyle x_x

真没想到新年一回来，我的生活会变得这么可怕的忙碌。。
每天都在赶assignments。完成了一样，又来另一样。。没完没了。。再加上那剩下不多时间做的毕业论文。。我觉得自己变成一个疯狂工作的robot了。。>_<

当然，除了我这么忙碌外，我身边的coursemate们也跟我一样做功课做到要疯了。。
大家做功课做到不够睡眠，隔天又一大早爬起来上课！

好想写blog记录下今年农历新年充实及愉快的活动，前几天的coursenight,还有分享下前几天去了间挂羊头卖狗肉的korean stone bbq steamboat restaurant(根本就是间一般的steamboat restaurant嘛,哪里是所谓的韩国餐馆咧！）。。但是得等到比较有空的时候才能写这些blog了。。

Last night when I searched for information about a korean restaurant me and my coursemates wanted to go, Ｉ accidentally bump into this blog: http://www.lisayap.com

The content and the photos in this blog are so creative..The way the photos taken and the words used to describe the meaning behind the photos are good.. Of course, every person has different point of view, but to me, her blog inspire me.. I like the way she present her thinking..and her talent in Arts and Designs.. Such a good, young designer + model! Just a 24 years old girl with her great works..

Feel relieved and delighted today after met and discussed my thesis with my supervisor~

I was so tortured last night as keep thinking on how to convert "MillionsSS" of my thesis data into another format..=_= If do them manually, i think i may die before i finishing it.. Last night I even thought of finding people who are good in programming to do a program to convert it..and i even tried to download software to convert it..(but still failed to convert lar..) x_x

I was so hardworking to read scientific journals related to my thesis yesterday.. the main purpose not to learn how to analyse my data using this new "golden" method, but to find some way to convince my supervisor for not requiring me to convert my data..Hahaha~lazy bug~

This morning, when i met her and told her that I dunwan to convert my data as i worry that i dun hv enought time to do it.. She immediately say "Sure can do it one, still got enough time"(It's within my expection, she never ever allowed me to curi tulang..=_= sob sob..) "Let me try, just create some formula to convert them.." Then she began to help me create some complex formula that suitable wif my data convertion.. She tried so hard, even failed for few times, she still kept retry..within one hour, she had done everything and created a neat and nice formula sheet that I can simply copy, paste and convert my data in it! She is really a genius!! (To her, Nothing Is Impossible!)

I really admire her ability and her atitude..She is very strict to my work, but always very helpful..Not simply throw difficult things to me and ask me solve myself.. Although her HIGH demand to my work make my final semester life harder, she really taught me lots to improve my works and push myself to limit.. It's really a good oppurtunity to challege my own ability.. just that i have to fight with the lazy devil in my heart x_x

Compared with last night thinking till my brain almost explode, now I feel so good~ haha, things that i think so hard for whole night, my supervisor (Miss Wong) just use one hour to solve it.. I really better 反省反省 :p Now can relax relax for few days and prepare for my mid sem exam on next week ^_^

过山车心情

今天的心情从漂亮变不漂亮，再从不漂亮变漂亮，然后又从漂亮变不漂亮。。

这三天参加Journal Writting Workshop，由我们科系的lecturer举办，地点是Seremban的Klana Resort。今天是workshop的第二天。。每个参加者都得在这三天内准备好draft paper，然后present。。

今天中午我准备好了draft，心情大好，想快快present然后就好好享受, 哪里知道supervisor很严素地叫我重做data analysis，我几乎晕倒。。

之后经过一翻研究，我不需要做那data analysis了，我就开心地present我的draft。我的supervisor在我present时很帮我，用她很geng的英文帮我向别人解释细节。。present完之后还和朋友一起去游泳，准备开始享受接下来的一天~

但是，才吃完丰盛的buffet dinner,我的supervisor就叫我重新研究并用另个方法analyse我所有的data，再次要晕倒了。。我知道这样做对我的results会有帮助。。可是我这懒人其实只想用简单的方法做就好。。新的方法真的很难做。。又要花很多时间现在没后路可退了，怎样都得硬着头皮从新研究新的方法来analyse我的data。。呜。。呜。。呜。。

今晚大概一躺上床就会昏睡，劳碌了一整天，再加上昨晚四点才睡着（整晚脑袋不知为何很清醒到四点，直到太累了才能睡x_x），然后七点半就得起身。。（天啊~星期天不是该睡到自然醒的吗~!）虽然这resort真的很不错。。天天提供很恐怖丰盛的早餐，早点，午餐，下午茶，晚餐，宵夜。。但是我non-stop地做这些功课做到要疯了。。还好明天中午就能回去KL的家了。。快快让我回去休息吧。。

Genting trip package (one day trip)

Yesterday went Genting Highland and enjoyed a relaxing day there ^_^
Ate buffet lunch at Coffee Terrace, went casino to take a look, drink coffee at coffee beans and starbucks, shopping and played bowling..

Yesterday we set off to genting from KL at 10am and then came back KL from genting at 10pm..
We bought a package that cost RM35 only, which includes:
-2 way Go Genting Express Bus Transfer
-2 way Skyway Genting Transfer
-One outdoor Themepark Ride Pass or Buffet Lunch at Coffee Terrace

This package is really cheap..For people who would like to have a budget one day trip to Genting Highland can try to purchase this package ^_^ Erm, the lunch buffet is average only..but since we were eating japanese, chinese, western, indian, nyonya cuisines and deserts at such a low price there..shouldn't complain much :p

最近我的两位室友疯狂地看韩剧-《是美男啊》。。起初听到这戏的名字，我觉得有点geli。。=_=" 在她们的怂恿下，还提供整套戏给我，我就也追看了:p 这部戏纯属偶像剧。。故事也很老套。。若与韩版流星花园比较，还是韩版流星花园的故事比较好看。。（虽然我也只是看了几集的韩版流星花园）:p

虽然这《是美男啊》的故事很普通，但昨晚我看到大概第11,12集的时候，哭了。。弄得我心情低落。。那种喜欢一个人而却得把那份心情深深埋在心里，并掩饰起来的感受很遭，而伤心过后又得从新笑着面对那人，当着没事。。sob sob sob..很惨。。而人总是很奇怪的，尽管会受伤，还是会飞蛾扑火。。因为他一直都会是你眼中最闪耀的星星。。或许这就是缘份吧。。。。

懒洋洋的新年

今天是2010年的头一天。。不知为什么，总觉得今年的新年比较不一样。。

往年总是不知不觉地“跨年”，而且都是要在需要写日期时才会领悟到：“哦，写错年份了，是新的一年了哦。。”

但今年心里却有种强烈的：“哇~新的一年了！” 的感觉！

2010年1月1日：我一睡醒就觉得今天很像大年初一耶。。
是幻觉吗，有人跟我有同样的幻觉吗。。哈哈。。
尽管还有一大堆的功课未完成，但我还是想好好的享受这一天。。
不必把一整天的活动排得满满地。。就这样悠哉闲哉地感受这一天。。超懒惰的 :p

新的一年了，有什么新年新展望吗？有什么事是你特别想要完成的吗？
我好像什么愿望都没有耶。。是太胸无大志吗？=_=

希望已有新年愿望了的朋友们，都能实现愿望哦~

Moisturizer

My best friend Rius, thanks so much for your support to my blog~~ muacks.. :p Got 2 moisturizer I'm using now, before applying BBcream, I used Kiehl's Sodium PCA "oil-free" moisturizer (hahaha, because i think the lancome moisturiser more expensive, so i used the cheaper Kiehl's moisturiser before applying BB cream..):

1. Kiehl's Sodium PCA "oil-free" moisturizer

Oil-free
Lightweight moisturizer
Will not clog pores

My own opinion on this product:
Kiehl's products are made with naturally-derived ingredients (I think this is the reason that many people like their products and it's getting more and more popular ^_^). Before bought this on my own, I had tried to use my sis's Kiehl's Sodium PCA "oil-free" moisturizer, it is really very light weight and oil free^_^ I very scared to apply moisturizer that give sticky or oily feeling on my face..somemore, will clog my pores and make acne appear on my face..

However, this Kiehl's Sodium PCA "oil-free" moisturizer gives no whitening or sunblock effect, it merely moisturize the skin..haha.. Therefore, now i switch to use Lancome Blanc Expert NeuroWhite X3 Ultimate Whitening Hydrating Cream. Only use this Kiehl's Sodium PCA "oil-free" moisturizer occationally :D

2. Lancome's Blanc Expert NeuroWhite X3 Ultimate Whitening Hydrating Cream

I love this one very much.. Hehe, i get this one for free from my eldest sis, she got too many skincare products, so when i told her i need buy whitening cream, she donate this to me, haha~赚到了 Can see its whitening effects only after few days i applied this :D During holidays, my 2nd sister also tried to use it, and she also became fairer whithin few days.. She love it too~ During holidays, instead of using her own Shiseido White Lucent, she used this one :D

This product also has good moisturizing effect^_^ Plus, lightweight, non-oily and non-sticky..will not clog pores ^_^

I'm such a lazy bug to apply skin care product on my face, this lancome hydrating cream is the only one that I'm so hardworking to apply everyday, haha~ After came back from sabah, I was tanned a bit..after applying this for a week, it does help me turn fairer, keke!

After finish using this bottle, I will save money and buy this again^_^ don't know its actual price yet..hopping not too too expensive.. x_x

Lancome Blanc Expert NeuroWhite X3 Ultimate Whitening Renewing Night Cream and Lancome Blanc Expert NeuroWhite X3 High Potency Spot Eraser

As I love this whitening cream so much, my eldest sis also gave me another 2 lancome products she no longer using..(erm..sounded like I'm a recycle bin x_x) One is Lancome Blanc Expert NeuroWhite X3 Ultimate Whitening Renewing Night Cream and another is Blanc Expert NeuroWhite X3 High Potency Spot Eraser (Don't understand why lancome gave them such a long name.. =_="). This two after i applied, i didn't find remarkably effect on my skin, hehe, still prefer the hydrating cream only :p The night cream is richer, thicker and not so "light weight" as the hydrating cream..

Shiseido White Lucent

At 1st, I wanted to save money and buy Shiseido's White Lucent products. My 2nd sis said that her friend used it and become very fair, plus shiseido's product very good in whitening effect.. But, after my 2nd sis tried to use its lucent white night cream, she found that she only become fairer a bit, then no more whitening effect afterwards..The picture below is the Shiseido White Lucent night cream my 2nd sis using.. (I'm not sure about the whitening effect of its White Lucent day cream..maybe better?)

BB cream

I had heard about the name of "BB cream" since quite long ago but never learn more about it..:p Until lately my sister bought her first BB cream in Korea and told me about its benefits over the normal foundation :p

BB cream is good, y??

The difference between BBcream and other make-up applications is that it is a skincare/healing product combined with make-up.

There are many types of BB cream. Some is said to have whitening properties, some antiwrinkle, some to even out skin tone and lighten blemish scars....etc...

But all of them works as moisturizer, sunscreen, make-up base and foundation too. So thats whats great about BB cream, apart from make-up to cover up your scars...it is also said to be a healing cream....though you should still stick to your regular skin care regime.

BB cream brands

Now, there are so many brands of BB cream on the market.. They are actually with the similar functions, but different skin type might need to get the brand that suit their skin type and tone.

BRTC BB cream, Missha and Skin79 are among the BB cream with great reviews.......
Other brands includes Dr.G(Gowoonsesang), skinfood, the face shop, Etude., etc....

There are not many reviews about this Dr. G compared with other brands. I was considering between buying Skin 79(Pink) or Dr. G before i finally decided to buy Dr. G.

The price of Skin 79(pink)(40ml) is Rm84.50 (promotion price) and it is available at a korea shop in Bukit Indah Jusco :p

The price of Dr. G(60ml) is rm95 and it is available in Sasa.

My skin:

My skin is combination skin..and sometimes will get acne after I applied foundation, so I have to be extra careful when choosing the BB cream..scared that applying the BB cream will clog my skin x_x

My opinion on Skin79(pink) and Dr.G:

I had tried to applied a small amount of Skin79 (pink) and Dr.G on my hand before purchasing.
- I found that Skin79 is more oily compared with Dr.G.
- Besides, Dr.G give more natural look than Skin79.
- Dr. G has better concealing effect than Skin79.
- Althought the color of the cream of Dr.G is darker than other BB cream, but after applying on skin, it doesn't make the skin darker (for me, it make me fairer a bit, but not too white compared with Skin79) :p

After using this Dr.G BB cream continously for days during Christmas:

- I love it much~ :p Because its concealing effect is good^_^ Cover my skin pores well, haha!!(except the 2 pimples mark on my face that still can be seen vaguely :p) It satisfied me because it didn't clog my skin pores after removed like the other make up foundation I used before. (I found that this BB cream is easier to removed compared with normal foundation) *Happy*( p/s: I use moisturizer before applying the BB cream, it makes the BB cream spread across the whole face easier :D )

My Fingernails

It's Christmas time~ Keke..so must dress up my fingernails too~
I had also painted and dressed up my toenails,
but my toenails are too ugly to show up here..
Not very experienced in nail arts, only able to make very simple patern :p
Will try out more patterns and improve my skill during free time~

Sabah trip(5 days 4 nights) : Kota Kinabalu, Sandakan, Kudat

On last week(7 dec till 11 dec), I travelled to Sabah with my sis and mum~ ^_^ When we arrived at Kota Kinabalu's airport, my sis's friend (KY) came to fetched us. He was our tour guide for the whole trip All the pictures in my post below are provided by my sister :D

On 7 Dec 2009:
We had lunch at "鸿记" after we arrived at Kota Kinabalu. According to KY, the "yu fu+mee"（鱼腐+面） sold in this restaurant is very very popular. After tried it, I like it so much:) The "yu fu" is made of fish meat and egg. It is very soft and fresh.. Something that I never try before :) The soup is made of sour vege and tomatos, very nice too, help stimulate appetite :) The mee there also very special and nice, thicker and nicer than normal wanton mee..haha~ The restaurant located at Damai, I highly recommend this restaurant, because the mee is really nice nice nice^_^

After having our lunch, KY brought us to the newly open shopping centre--Suria Sabah. After shopping there, we visited to Yayasan Sabah. The picture below is Yayasan Sabah. According to KY, it is one of the landmark of Sabah. Its design is quite modern although it is a very old building.
After visited Yayasan Sabah, we went to OneBorneo (very big shopping centre in Sabah). This shopping centre is almost the same with shopping centre in KL, with variety of shops :) In OneBorneo, KY bought us his favourite eggtart that only sold in Sabah. People who visit to OneBorneo can try this eggtart..crispy and with very thick egg filling..but a little bit too sweet :p
After shopping in OneBorneo and went to University Malaysia Sabah(UMS) to find my friend hui pin..it was already dinner time.. KY brought us to seafood restaurant as seafood is very cheap in Sabah. On that night, we ordered crab as one of the dish. 1kg crab cost RM18 only..really cheap.. And the seafood there very fresh. We only spend RM60++ for 4 people in that seafood restaurant :)

After dinner, we stayed at "Star Inn" located at Penampang. Erm, that Star Inn is really very lousy..There are some pub located nearby the Star Inn, so we can hear the very loud music clearly, which play until 3am...=_="

On 8 Dec 2009:
At 6am, we already set off, as that day we'll go to Sandakan (It spend 8 hours to travel to Sandakan from Kota Kinabalu by car, really far.. O_o) Before we started our journey to Sandakan, KY brought us to eat Telipok mee as breakfast at a restaurant located at a town near the Kota Kinabalu mountain. I enjoyed eating mee in Sabah so much..(I'm a person who always prefer to eat mee than rice,haha~) All the mee there are so nice~

On the way to Sandakan, we stopped at Kundasang and visited the War Memorial Park there. In the park, there are a lots of colorful flowers and plants :)
Then after visited Kundasang War Memorial Park, we tasted a pure strawberry ice cream at a cafe in a hotel located in the mountain area on the way go to Sandakan. The strawberry is a bit too sour for me x_xThen after 8 hours' journey on car, we reached sandakan ^_^ KY brought us to try the famous satay and fruit ABC in Sandakan. Unfortunately that the satay was sold out, so didn't get to try it. The fruit ABC is also something special :) After that, we went to seaside of Sandakan, and watched sunset there ^_^ At night, KY took us to English Tea Garden (a high class restaurant/cafe with romantic environment). You can choose to sit outside (in the garden) of the restaurant/cafe to enjoy your meal ;)
On 9 Dec 2009:
We went to the morning market in Sandakan. I was almost fainted there.. The seafood there is really "very fresh", still alive..! Really cruel to buy them and see them being killed there..Saw them being killed make my mood so bad..

At noon, KY brought us to eat "century egg dumpling+mee"(皮蛋角+面） at Sandakan. The dumpling is filled with meat and century egg..nice... I can say that every place and food that recommended by our very profesional tour guide is nice..

After lunch, we visited to Puu Jih Shih Buddhist Temple. The temple situated on top of hill..Very nice view of Sandakan from top of the temple..

Then, we visited to Sepilok Orang Utan Rehabilitation Centre. Orang Utan is being protected in Sabah and this centre is a place where young Orang Utan (which are orphan) are being fed and trained before they are released back into the forest when they become indenpendent and strong enough. The feeding time of this centre is 10am and 3pm. Feeding time is the time that we can see the orang utan.. So for people who want to go this centre, must choose the right time, otherwise won't be able to see the orang utan there..

After that, KY drove another 8 hours to send us back to Kota Kinabalu town..it's a long long journey on car again.. On the way went back to Kota Kinabalu town, we went to the foot of Kota Kinabalu Mountain. It's cold there (around 16 degree celcius).. nice.. Felt so relaxing there...I like the nature and environment there.. We shall preserve the nature...
On 10 Dec 2009:
In the morning, we set off to Kudat. It takes around 3 and half hour to reach Kudat from Kota Kinabalu town. Kudat is a small town, on the nortern tip of Borneo. On the way to Kudat, we bought jagung, kacang merah (famous..must buy and try!) and coconut biscuit there..
When arrived at Kudat, we went to the market at Kudat and then to the tip of Borneo..

After that, we drove back to Kota Kinabalu town.. (another 3 and half hours journey x_x) For dinner, we ate the chicken wing with sausage (the bone of chicken wing is removed and replaced with sausage) and fried dumpling (锅贴), nice nice.. (Erm..all food in sabah that i tried in that 5 days all nice, haha~) We even thought of running a restaurant that sell all these nice Sabah food in West Malaysia :p

On 11 Dec 2009:
In the morning, KY brought us to Philippino market in Kota Kinabalu. It is a place that sells souvenir and dried seafood (like seaweed, seacucumber, dried fish, dried prawn and etc)..My mum bought a lot of dried seafood there because very cheap :p

After shopping at Philippino market, KY took us to the beach of Kota Kinabalu before sent us to Kota Kinabalu Airport to take our flight on 3.30pm :)

Ending:
Enjoyed this Sabah trip very much..This is the 1st time I travelled to East Malaysia..The environment in Sabah is very simple and natural... During the trip, I felt so relaxing to be surrounded by the mountains and forests there.. Life can be so simple....

During this trip, so happy to be able to meet my dear friend--Hui Pin too, nice time spent with her there (visited to Sandakan with her and had long chat with her at night) ^_^

Besides, during this trip, I also discovered so many nice dishes in Sabah that I never tried before ~
*Satified* This post will help me to keep my wonderful memory in Sabah..haha ^_^

Singapore airline recruitment interview

Today MC and I accompanied J attended singapore airline interview which held at suntec city singapore. It's really an eye opener for us..! The queue of people who attended the interview is so so so long... around 2000 people attended (estimated by us). The registration for the interview started from 9am till 2pm. We arrived at suntec city at 9am and there were already many many people queuing in front of us (around 550 gals in front of us)! *shocked*There were quite many guys who attended this interview too but of course not as many as gals that attended :p

We waited for around 2 and half hour until our turn..Haha,luckily 3 of us keep chat chat chat and laugh laugh laugh, therefore don't feel that the waiting time is very long, it passed very fast~ ^_^ After J registered and got the number of her group, we had lunch at food court there while waiting for the group interview session that started at 1pm. The group interview session started at 1pm, but she have to wait until around 2.40pm for the turn of her group..x_x According to her, the group interview session is only the 1st round of interview sessions..Once you get to pass the 1st round, you might need to attend 2nd,3rd, 4th and 5th rounf of interview..faint.. really not easy to pass o..

During the 1st round of interview session, according to our estimation, there was only around 10-20% of people able to pass.. And in the 1st round of interview session, only one question was asked and that was: "Which celebrity you want to be and why?"...erm...=_=" (if i were asked this question, i really don't know how to answer lo, haha~ don't really very admire or want to be any single celebrity wo O_o)

In J's group (with 10 people in each group), only 2 gals being chosen to undergo 2nd round..some groups even don't have any gals being chosen to enter 2nd round (means whole group fail to enter 2nd round) =_=" In J's group, both the 2 gals being chosen are not chinese and they looked like mixed-blood (maybe one with the blood of indian and another indonesian). We couldn't figure out what make one person being selected over the others..Base on their outlook? Or base on the answer? Or their grammar? (Haha~) Only around 1-2 minute's time was given to answer the question wor...How to judge them base on such a short answer??

I knew J was a bit dissappoited that unable to enter 2nd round.. However, at least she had tried it..And we knew how the interview was.. Never try never know :)

A Christmas Carol: MERRY CHRISTMAS~!!

Yeah~Christmas is around the corner~

I had watched "A Christmas Carol (2009)". Personally, I like the movie very much~ I like the way the director make the movie..very creative and when I watched the movie, I wonder how much effort the director put, to make the 3D movie so natural and the animation so amazing..The movie is visually stunning.. The movie was made like a 3D cartoon(I felt it looked like pc game), yet the emotions of every characters inside the movie looked so real.. Jim Carrey is a good actor inside this movie, he looked so serius and fierce at the beggining of the movie, and can become so funny at the end of the movie^_^

The story line is a bit "old fashioned"..but it is a story filled with very simple moral values that had always been forgoten by us.. Most importantly, the story tells the true meaning behind the celebration of Christmas^_^ Christmas is a time to give and share..and a time to spend with our beloved family and friends^_^
The movie made me feel wanna celebrate Christmas so much~!

"A Christmas Carol" is actually a classic Chritmas story by Charles Dickens. There are some other versions of "A Christmas Carol"..the first being Mickey's Christmas Carol(1983) and the other, The Muppet Christmas Carol(1992).. Before I went to watch this movie, I did not know that this Christmas Carol had other versions too and is a story by Charles Dickens..I just simply chosed the movie and enter the theater.. :p Alice told me that Mickey's Chritmas Carol is much better, but i haven't watched it..(can search for it in you-tube^_^) I'm gonna watch it too during free time

New Moon

我看了new moon的电影。。电影第一天上映我就冲去看了~

其实在看的时候觉得这电影还不错, 因为电影的特效都做得很好。。。

但可惜的是，这电影为了将那么厚的一本书的故事浓缩在一部电影里，太困难了，结果好像无法完全地表达出故事里的意境。。。

很多细节这电影都没有提到。。在这电影里，那女主角每晚在噩梦中惊醒，拍得有点不自然。。而Bella跟Jacobs的感情又好像发展得太快。。还有，有一点我很不满意的是那男主角在森林里跟女主角对话时，很像念台词。。怎么好像没什么感觉=_="

其实在故事书里，那女主角被抛弃后，内心那被丢弃的感觉是被描写得很深刻的。。每晚噩梦，梦里她总是一个人被遗弃在同个森林里。。梦无法停止，直到她惊醒。。字字刻入心扉，让人看了心都会揪起来。。为她流泪。。

而电影中也没提到Bella其实在分手后要找回他与她的照片，因为那是她唯一能证明自己Edward曾存在过的东西。。但她却怎么也找不到那照片。。真的很可怜。。Edward就这样完全的消失在她的世界里，像不曾存在过。。

而故事书里的Jacobs在New Moon中被描述得很阳光，开朗，像太阳一样。。给人很温暖，舒服的感觉。。在Bella完全封闭自己及没有灵魂地活着很长的时间后，给她有活着的感觉。。所以Bella才会依赖着他，因为跟他在一起是很自然，毫无负担的。。

大家对这故事有兴趣的话也可以去看看这电影。。读它的书New Moon会更棒啦~ 因为New Moon是四本当中，我最喜欢的。。描写得很棒，让你的心情跟故事里的主角的心情一起脉动。。

This holidays is like the buziest holidays i ever had...
Everyday i feel like racing with time, with a lot of things to do...

This few days i have to be very hardworking to do my thesis.. have to read journals and write thesis, and still have a lot of data to key in and analyse...

Left not much time to make it done before my school reopening on 21 Dec...

This fri,sat and sun I'll go to work as part time nutritionist (need earn and save lots $ for my oversea trip on next year before I graduate) ...

Then next monday till fri (7 Dec-11 Dec) I'll go sabah with my sis and mum..

Then left only one week before school reopening..OMG~
